CUSTOMER - AUREA AVIONICS

Aurea Avionics is committed to bringing the next generation of cutting-edge autonomous systems and solutions into the present. They specialize in high-tech solutions that deliver true value for the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors, from hardware and software to embedded systems design, product life cycle, and project management

INDUSTRY SEGMENT: MILITARY, DEFENSE & AEROSPACE | Drones

APPLICATION VERTICAL: MILITARY, DEFENSE & AEROSPACE | Drones

The Seeker unmanned aerial system (UAS) is the most advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platform designed to meet the critical requirements expected in demanding environments. With virtually no infrastructure needed to deploy the system, its dual EO/IR stabilized payload delivers real-time imagery, making the Seeker a lightweight ISR solution.

ISR is essential in all military operations because it provides necessary information to make efficient and timely decisions. Aurea Avionics designs high-precision ISR systems, and its versatile solutions help protect strategic positions during military missions abroad.

WHY 3D

RAPID PROTOTYPING

Aurea Avionics used 3D Printing technologies to accelerate prototyping processes.

3D Printing was the fastest technology available to produce the first designs and drones, resulting in the ability to test products on the field faster than using other manufacturing technologies.

WHY HP MJF

MATERIAL PROPERTIES

At the beginning, Aurea Avionics used FDM technologies to produce the first prototypes, but the parts produced were extremely weak in terms of mechanical properties and did not last as long as expected during the drone’s landing.

HP MJF increased mechanical properties while decreasing the need for spare parts.
